70s Inspired Outfits I'm loving Lately
Over Christmas break, I noticed myself gravitating to a few 70s-esque outfits on repeat. Maybe it's the wide leg denim I fell in love with last year that made me feel so groovy. Maybe the late fall textures like corduroy and Sherpa are responsible. Either way, I loved reconnecting with the vintage styles, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't wearing a full blown disco costume or looking like I walked off the set of That 70s Show.

2 Tips to Avoid Looking Costume-y in Vintage Outfits
- Mix in modern pieces instead of all one vintage era
- Choose simple neutral colors not a dated pallet
These rules also apply to other throwback trends like cowboy boots which can be totally chic or take you straight down to the farm.
