Here’s how to “winterize” ❄️ your favorite dress:
👗1. Choose the right base layers to slip under your dress like this luxe rib knit long sleeve or some fleece lined leggings.
(Pro Tip✨if your dress fabric is clinging to your leggings - put a slip on between them.)

👗2. Add a Sweater on top. Besides the obvious insulation, a cozy knit can create a fun faux skirt look if you tuck it into a belt.
👗3. A leather jacket is one the best (in my humble opinion) ways to contrast a feminine dress with some edgy cool vibes. Jean jackets while not as warm can also create a cool textural layer under a longer coat.

🧥4. Finally, a maxi coat adds warmth, length and a little classy drama. Black and camel are classic neutrals. But this plaid is fun, too!
👢5. Footwear and good socks make all the difference temp wise in a dress. I love pairing dresses with different boot styles and my favorite alpaca socks for happy feet all day. 🧦 (These are from our family's alpaca ranch!)
